He was professional, very neat in appearance and set the expectation of what would happen during his time. He first tested an area to see if my soiled tile floor could be cleaned with the Aquaion treatment. I don’t know how but Aquaion (Omar) was able to get rid of the dark stains that the discount carpet cleaner that 1st cleaned my carpet, did not get rid of. I called Zerorez to do the job but their hoses didn’t reach my 2nd floor condo and they referred me to Aquaion. I was amazed with the results. Omar was able to get rid of most of the stains!
